Permanent Makeup comes in various forms with different tattooing techniques involved for each one. Permanent Eyeliner is gently applied through the lash line of the upper eyelid and across the eye to imitate the look eyeliner. The option to have the lower lid is also available.  The benefit of getting right into the lash line is that this makeup effect appears closer to the eye and therefore looks more accurate and defined.  The procedure is done using a small handheld tattoo pen which enables intricate design work and minimal discomfort.  Clients choosing this technique will have their eyes shut throughout and will be offered numbing cream prior to the procedure.
